Tracy-area buildings in a national or regional portfolio
Distribution centers along I-205 and I-5, food plants, offices, storefronts: the Tracy area carries a lot of commercial square footage, and someone has to keep it clean. If your firm holds sites here as part of a national or regional portfolio, we can be the cleaning vendor on them. National and regional companies can contract with us directly.
Our area runs from Tracy and Mountain House through Lathrop and Manteca in San Joaquin County to Patterson in Stanislaus County. Expect a heavy share of warehouse, logistics and transportation buildings, food manufacturing plants and business parks, alongside medical offices, retail stores, hotels and managed multi-tenant properties.
Shift-based buildings get cleaned around the shifts. Breakrooms, locker rooms and restrooms at a distribution center serve every crew that clocks in, so the cleaning calendar follows the shift pattern rather than a nine-to-five day.
Send tickets the way you already do
No new portal. Tickets for your Tracy-area sites stay in your firm’s own work-order system, and we accept, update and close them there.
The not-to-exceed (NTE) amount printed on each ticket is a ceiling for us, not a suggestion. If the work would run past it, we stop and ask your firm to approve the overage before going further. Urgent tickets get a response that same day. Urgent phone calls are covered evenings, overnight, Saturdays and Sundays, because a dock spill or an overflowing restroom at a 24-hour warehouse does not wait for business hours.
Scheduled tickets move the same way. A floor scrub in a warehouse office, a restroom deep clean ahead of an inspection or a move-out clean between tenants each arrives as a ticket in your system, and we close it there when the work is done.
One contact for every site you place with us
If your firm places Tracy, Lathrop or Patterson buildings with us, every one of them answers to the same named account manager. Second in line, for any escalation that manager cannot pick up, is our operations manager.
Several of your San Joaquin and Stanislaus County sites can start in the same stretch and run off one schedule. Billing goes out site by site or ticket by ticket, whichever your accounts payable desk wants, and each invoice shows the site location next to your work order number.
One schedule means one calendar of visits across all of your sites, so nobody on your team reconciles separate crews and separate timetables town by town.
Clear us for your vendor file
Paperwork: put in a vendor packet request on our contact form, and our operations staff send the packet by email.
Insurance: general liability limits of $1M a single occurrence and $2M in total, umbrella coverage above that, and workers’ compensation. Additional insured status for your firm and its client is yours for the asking, and the certificate of insurance (COI) goes out within one business day.
Policy renewed, or a new client added to your contract? Ask for an updated COI and it follows on the same one-business-day timeline.
People: no one works a site for us until a background check has cleared, and our crews work in uniform. Plants, distribution centers and other secure buildings often add their own rules, for example extra screening, building badges or escorts in restricted areas, and our crews keep to them.
Route these services to us
Recurring work: janitorial services, commercial cleaning, porter coverage by day or night and evening office cleaning. Warehouse and plant sites run through industrial and warehouse cleaning, food manufacturing cleaning and transportation facility cleaning, and multi-tenant buildings through property management cleaning.
Periodic and one-off work: tenant move-in and move-out cleaning between occupants, post-construction cleaning, restroom deep cleaning, pressure-washed parking garages and loading docks, machine-scrubbed concrete floors and the rest of our floor care.
Know what happened on every visit
Arrival and departure get logged by the crew at each building, visit after visit, which shows you when the cleaning happened and how long it took.
Each urgent ticket or one-off job we finish gets closed out with photos or a quick written note. Recurring buildings get supervisor quality inspections, and the reports or scores go to your firm, so each building’s performance is on paper.
That paper trail is what you put in front of your client when they ask what the cleaning budget is buying.
Get a building started
Give us the address. We walk the building within two business days and start service within a week of the walkthrough.
At the walkthrough we check the floors, the restrooms, the shift pattern and whatever gate or badge rules apply, so the cleaning plan fits the building before the first visit.
On the contact page, request the vendor packet and include your facility management firm’s name. Tracy Commercial Cleaning replies within one business day, and urgent calls reach us nights and weekends.
