No paper, no restroom

A restroom without towels or tissue is closed in practice. In a shift building that means a line down the hall, a complaint to the shift lead and a supervisor driving to the store mid-shift. Tracy Commercial Cleaning stops it before it starts. We bring the consumables, hold a counted reserve on site and, where we also clean, load the dispensers ourselves.

Pick your route. Facilities that also book our janitorial services can be restocked during each clean, with our products or stock they buy. Facilities with in-house custodians can buy supplies from us by themselves, delivered.

What we carry

  • Restroom tissue in standard or jumbo rolls to suit each holder
  • Hand towels: multifold, C-fold or hardwound roll
  • Can liners for office bins, restroom cans and breakroom containers
  • Heavy-duty trash bags for production floors, docks and outdoor cans
  • Hand soap refills, foam or liquid
  • Hand sanitizer for building entries, the time clock and shared stations
  • Toilet seat covers in each stall
  • Towel, tissue, soap and sanitizer dispensers, put on the wall by our crew

Apart from the dispensers, it is all everyday disposable product a facility runs through. Coffee, drinks and snacks for the breakroom come through a separate service: breakroom and pantry restocking.

Part of each clean, if you want it

Pair supplies with our cleaning, and restocking happens during the same visit instead of on an extra trip. Prefer to keep sourcing your own? The crew works from that stock. While each restroom is cleaned, the crew opens every holder and loads it, swaps any soap cartridge that is near the end, fills the seat cover boxes and puts a liner in every can. Breakrooms and entries get the same treatment.

When a room’s usage jumps, the crew logs it and the next restock brings more. Dispensers stay loaded from one cleaning to the next. Need mid-shift refills and restroom checks? Add our day porter service.

Sized for shift work

Plants and distribution buildings go through paper on a different curve than offices. Three shifts share one breakroom. Driver restrooms by the dock see outside traffic all day. Locker rooms drain a towel dispenser at every shift change. We set the restock to that curve, with bigger reserves for the hardest-hit rooms.

Shift sites also get the heavier bags that production and dock waste call for. Combine supplies with industrial and warehouse cleaning or loading dock cleaning and one crew handles both.

Supplies only

Have your own custodial team? Keep them. We open a supplies-only account sized to your headcount, your restrooms and how fast they use product, and deliver on a standing schedule. Your team loads the dispensers from a reserve that arrives counted. Nobody in your office tracks stock or cuts purchase orders for paper.

Move to our cleaning down the road and the hardware, refill sizes and reserve counts all stay put.

Dispensers, matched to refills

Mixed dispensers cost money. Four towel units left by four past tenants mean four refill types, and the wrong case is always the one on the shelf. We supply and mount towel, tissue, soap and sanitizer dispensers, swap out odd units and stock only refills built for the units you have.

Fresh tenant improvements can get their dispensers mounted as our post-construction cleaning crew wraps up, ready for the first day of business.

A target count for each restroom

Each restroom gets a target quantity of every product, held in a closet nearby. On each restock the crew counts the closet and brings it back to target. A dock restroom used by three shifts carries more than an upstairs office restroom, and targets reset when headcount changes.

The aim is a closet that never runs bare and never stacks to the ceiling, with a count that fits the room.

One less supplier

Sourcing supplies from Tracy Commercial Cleaning takes a supplier, an invoice and a reorder cycle off the facility manager’s plate. No receiving cases. No checking refill sizes. No scramble for tissue the day before a customer visit.

  • Supplies, plus any cleaning you add, on one bill
  • Refills that fit every dispenser
  • Reserves set restroom by restroom
  • No staff hours on stock counts

Building types and their restroom patterns

Tracy’s commercial buildings range from fulfillment and distribution centers to business parks that combine industrial and office space, smaller flex parks that put front offices beside warehouse bays, and medical offices.

Each building type has its own reasons for restroom use. Food plants follow strict hand-washing routines, medical offices see patients all day, stores serve shoppers from open to close and schools and daycares see rushes between classes. Shift buildings that never fully close keep break rooms, locker rooms and driver restrooms busy around the clock.

Price drivers

Supply pricing starts with your facility:

  • Headcount and shifts
  • Restrooms, locker rooms and fixtures
  • Usage per room
  • Product grade
  • Restock or delivery frequency
  • Any dispensers we install

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Can a facility that cleans in-house buy supplies from you?

Yes. Any Tracy business can get supplies-only delivery, with dispensers mounted when the account starts if you need them.

Do you size supplies for three-shift buildings?

Yes. Reserves follow how many shifts use each restroom, locker room and breakroom, so the busiest rooms hold the most stock.

Our building's dispensers all take different refills. Can you fix that?

Yes. We replace them with one matched set, so the building runs on a single refill type per product.

When do your crews refill the dispensers?

For facilities that have us clean and refill, on every clean. Each restroom, breakroom and entry is restocked as it is cleaned, and the closet is back at target before the crew leaves.
